1. Geographic Coverage
Lodgecastiron ships to addresses within the 50 United States and Washington, DC.
Excluded locations: international addresses, US territories, APO, FPO.
2. Shipping Charges
All orders ship free. No minimum purchase threshold. No product categories excluded. No handling fees, fuel surcharges, or additional charges appear at checkout beyond the published product price.
3. Processing Rules

4. Delivery Estimates
Carrier transit time after pickup: 4 to 6 business days
The delivery estimate begins when the carrier scans the package as accepted. Actual delivery dates may differ due to:
- Carrier operational delays
- Destination location characteristics
- Weather events
- Peak shipping volume periods
5. Carrier Selection
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier assignment depends on package dimensions, weight, destination, and current carrier capacity. Customers cannot select or request specific carriers.
6. Order Tracking
When tracking is available, we send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking appears after the carrier performs the first scan. Updates may take 24 to 48 hours to become visible.
7. Modifications and Cancellations

8. Address Responsibility
You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment numbers or suite numbers when applicable. Lodgecastiron is not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Return shipping costs resulting from address errors
- Packages returned due to undeliverable addresses
9. Out-of-Stock Protocol
When inventory reaches zero for any product, the “Add to Cart” button on that product page becomes disabled and non-clickable. The button remains visible but non-functional until inventory is restored.
Lodgecastiron does not accept backorders. Products displayed as out of stock are not available for purchase. We do not maintain waitlists or backorder queues.
10. Delivery Issues
